Felix Graf von Ballestrem M.B.A

Graf von Ballestrem studied mechanical engineering in the course of a double diploma program at the Technical University of Munich and at the Universidad Polytécnica de Madrid, focusing on “medical engineering” and “systematic product development”. He wrote his diploma thesis at the University of Cambridge (GB). Afterwards, Graf von Ballestrem graduated from the Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris with an MBA degree. Prior to his training as patent attorney he was employed at an international entity in Bremen in the field of product development.
Graf von Ballestrem has been active in the field of intellectual property protection since 2007 and was trained as a patent attorney at an old-established patent law firm in Munich. In 2011 he started to work for the patent law firm GRAF von STOSCH.
Graf von Ballestrem’s main activities are directed to the drafting of German, European and international patent applications and patent prosecution as well as post-grant opposition proceedings. His particular expertise and interest is in the area of medical engineering and medical science.
